  • Six core spaces on one property
  • Heated, clothing-optional
  • Day pool & night lounge
When each amenity earns its keep

The amenities aren't a list. They're the answer to a question.

Most guests don't call asking, "what are the amenities here?" They call asking something more practical — what do I want to be doing right now, and which corner of the resort does that? Every space on the property exists because guests kept asking for the same thing. Here is what each amenity actually solves, and the moment that earns it.

  • Mid-Afternoon Sun The Heated Pool

"I want to be in water without putting clothes on."

A clothing-optional heated pool surrounded by sun loungers and tropical landscaping. The actual heart of the resort, and the spot most day-pass guests come for and never leave.

  • South Florida Sunshine The Rooftop Sundeck

"I want unobstructed sun, not a downtown hotel patio."

Catch open South Florida sun on a private rooftop deck above the pool — panoramic views over Hollywood, full bar service to the deck, and no one telling you to put a shirt on.

  • Tropical Drinks, Daylight The Tiki Bar

"I want a tropical cocktail without leaving the pool."

Tropical cocktails, ice-cold beer, wine, and bites poolside — the friendliest tiki bar in Hollywood, FL, ordered straight from your lounger without ever drying off.

  • Weekend Themed Night Eden Lounge

"I want the dance floor, the DJ, the themed party."

Our signature indoor lounge — dance floor, DJ booth, themed décor that rotates with the calendar, and full bar service. The room behind Rooftop Resort's lifestyle nightlife reputation.

  • Late, Low Light The Red Lounge

"I want moody, intimate, and a slower tempo."

A deep-red, low-lit indoor lounge tucked down the hall from Eden — intimate seating, conversation-volume music, and the room guests drift to once the main floor peaks.

  • Quiet Corner, Anytime Intimate Spaces

"I want a private nook, not the dance floor."

Private nooks and small lounges tucked throughout the resort — designed for couples and small groups who want a quieter corner of the property without leaving the building.

The Property, In Order

How an evening actually walks through the amenities

The amenities don't operate in isolation. They sit on the property in a route guests fall into without thinking — sun outside in the afternoon, drinks at the pool deck, indoors as the sky goes dark, deeper inside as the night runs late. Here is the walk most guests describe back to the front desk afterwards.

  1. Outside · Pool Deck

Drop a towel at the pool

Drag a lounger into the spot you want and stake out the afternoon. The heated pool sits steps away. Order a drink to your chair from the tiki bar without standing up.

  2. Outside · Rooftop

    Climb to the sundeck

When the pool deck fills, head up. The rooftop sundeck is the open-air room above it — Hollywood skyline on three sides, bar service to the deck, sun for as long as you want it.

  3. Outside · Bar

Settle in at the tiki bar

Cocktails, beer, wine, and bites at the poolside tiki bar — same wristband, same body of guests, no need to dry off. The deck and the bar run as one space across the afternoon.

  4. Inside · Up Front

    Walk inside into Eden

As the sun drops, the action moves indoors. Eden lounge lights come up — gold, low, warm — the DJ leans in, the themed décor goes up, the dance floor opens. This is the energy room of the property.

  5. Inside · Down the Hall

Slip down to the Red Lounge

When you want conversation instead of music, the Red Lounge sits down the hall — deeper red, lower light, slower tempo. Intimate banquettes, quieter playlists, the room where the longer talks happen.

  6. Inside · Around the Corner

    Find an intimate nook

Tucked around Eden and the Red Lounge are small lounges and private corners — soft seating for couples and small groups who want a quieter perch without leaving the building or losing the night.

No rulebook — guests circulate. Day-pass holders stay on the pool side. Night-pass holders skip straight to Eden. Overnight guests roll between all of them.

Amenity Specifics

Questions guests ask once they've seen the spaces

These come up specifically about the amenities — pool temperature, tiki bar timing, Eden's themed schedule, the lounges. Anything else, the front desk picks up at (954) 925-0301.

Is the pool heated year-round, or only seasonally?

The pool runs heated through the year so it stays usable across South Florida's cooler months as well as the high summer. Specific temperature targets and cleaning windows are confirmed by the front desk on the day you're visiting — Hollywood weather drives a lot of the day-to-day call.

Is every amenity clothing-optional?

The pool, sundeck, and most common areas are clothing-optional from open. Eden and the Red Lounge are part of the same clothing-optional resort — you set your own comfort level. Themed Eden nights sometimes encourage specific looks but never require them, and nobody on the property pressures guests in either direction.

When is the tiki bar open, and does it run during the lounge evenings too?

The tiki bar is built around the pool deck and runs across the daytime amenity window — full bar service to the chair, cocktails, beer, wine, and bites. Evening drinks move indoors to the lounge bar inside Eden once the day deck quiets down. The front desk confirms current daily hours when you book your day pass or stay.

How are the six spaces laid out across the building?

The pool deck, sundeck, and tiki bar share the outdoor side of the property — pool at ground level, sundeck overhead, tiki bar tucked at the deck's edge. Eden, the Red Lounge, and the intimate corners all sit indoors: Eden up front off the main hall, Red Lounge down the same hall in back, and the smaller seating nooks tucked around them. The whole route runs from outside to inside as the day moves into evening.

What counts as an "intimate space" on the property?

The intimate spaces are the smaller nooks and soft-seating corners tucked around the main rooms — they're not a single named lounge. Think small banquettes, semi-private areas, and the kinds of corners couples and small groups gravitate to when they want their own pocket of the resort without leaving the indoor floor.

Which amenities does each pass actually unlock?

Day passes unlock the pool, sundeck, and tiki bar across the day. Night passes unlock Eden, the Red Lounge, and the intimate indoor spaces in the evening. Overnight rooms include both windows under one keycard — same six amenities, just rolled into one wristband for the duration of the stay.

Are the lounge bars and the tiki bar the same menu?

The tiki bar is tropical and built for the pool deck — beach-style cocktails, cold beer, wine, and light bites. The lounge bar inside Eden runs a different evening menu — themed-night drink specials, a fuller cocktail program, and bar service paced for the dance floor. Different rooms, different time of day, different drink in your hand.

Do the amenities run when Hollywood gets a quick afternoon storm?

Hollywood, FL gets fast afternoon storms that usually pass within an hour. The pool and sundeck close briefly during active storms and reopen once it's safe. The tiki bar runs covered service, and the indoor amenities — Eden, the Red Lounge, the intimate spaces — aren't affected. Front desk gives a straight read on day-of weather when you call.

Is parking part of the on-property amenities?

Yes — complimentary on-site parking is included for overnight guests and pass holders. One stop, one car, no shuffling between a beach lot and a club lot across the night. Park once and stay on property for the full day or evening.

Want a closer look at a specific amenity before you visit?

The front desk walks the property every shift and knows which space best fits the visit you're picturing. Call and describe the day or night you want — they'll point you at the right amenity and the right pass to get into it.
